Anxiety
You had best get it checked out but I do wonder if it is tension as your recent posts suggest you are stressed out after googling heart problems.
I'd go to the GP first - reminding her/him that four years ago the shoulder pain was your only symptom of a heart attack.
And then I'd ask for a referral to counselling for the anxiety. Counselling works, Yasyass, it really does.
Having a heart attack/heart condition affects every person differently, some 'shrug it off' after being treated and making whatever lifestyle changes are needed, others seem to cope well but continue to have anxiety for years after. And still others experience near-crippling anxiety, especially if (like in your case) years on 'further tests' are still being carried out.
You have so 'much on your plate' to deal with just now - aren't you waiting for two more procedures?
Getting counselling helps people with heart issues learn to manage the anxiety and I really think you'd benefit from it.
Thank you for your reply you are right because it took me a year to accept the shock of the heart attack and to live normally but when I came bk to Uk the gp did tests after tests which I really stressing me out because all they say is not clear it’s not just the heart it’s other tests I do them say ok then say oh we need do others it’s one thing after another I did try talking about four months ago but I think I have too much too take in at one time thanks again
Agree with the comments. Get yourself checked out and talk to your GP about anxiety/stress management.
I was on the verge of a CA in May last year and mine was across my back only right to left shoulder blade. I understand what you are feeling with regards to anxiety, as I am also left handed so every ache and pain tends to land on my left side ribs /shoulder blade. I have come to the conclusion that if the pain comes and goes and only last a few minutes then it isn't. If it continues past 5-10 minutes and starts to really hurt then ring 999..
My anxiety has calmed down tremendously knowing this and I now know that you can't change what happens but you can make each day count and enjoy life. Some days are better than others. The main thing is to keep distracted and stay off DR Google.
I am 46- danger age according to the media..😂still here no medication tough as old boots..💪
