I definitely did - I thought I was becoming ill with 7.5 mg but now on 2.5 it’s much better

I have been given a slowly increasing dose of Bisoprolol. Each increase it does take time to adapt, at first feeling enormously tired, mushy head and lacking in energy.

I persisted and now the benefits are huge.....practically no angina either stable or unstable.

It’s been a very long process finding the ‘right’ combination.

I am on 2.5mg and I think uts the right dose for me, they make me feel really tired though and not gave much energy, i had mutual valve repair about 5 years ago, still hsve slight issues on snd off, how is everyone feeling after surgery?

I have been on 2 .5 mg of Bisoprolol and now reducing, yes I seem to have more energy but the withdrawal symptoms are terrible even landing me in hospital. They thought it was a stroke but decided it was the biso withdrawal. Can’t wait to come of it completely??????? and get my life back

I'm on 10mg Bisoprolol, and have more energy - probably because my heart rate is far better now.

I'm wondering if a reduced dose = more energy is because the the heart rate isn't suppressed.

Just a thought...
