Well it’s bonkers after my ejection fraction being 4% for long time after taking entresto for year it’s now 15 % although I had go back down to low dose after finding out myself that 200ml dose caused what was diagnosed as cluster headaches was intact caused by 200 ml dose of entresto any one else had these side effects ?

No I’ve just today started on low dose of Entresto we’ll see what happens

I was fine on low dose started get bad headaches on middle dose high dose felt like head was being ripped apart but with out them ide be dead long. Time ago

The heart failure nurse said to try and put up with any side effects they tend to disappear with time so we’ll see

Just a query how long did it take you get to 97/103mg and what else do you take ?? 4% to 15%. is a good improvement how long have you been on Entresto ? ? Only side effect so far for me is lower Blood Pressure 108/66 HR 58 that is on the 49/51mg. I also take Statin, Bisoprolol 7.5mg., Aspirin, Eplenerone , Did they suggest/fit a Pacemaker at 4 %

Don’t have pacer defibrillator and entresto and 15 other I don’t take

Idc not shocked yet but meds made me 10 % better and not caring about me made loads different

I have read your profile not often I meet anyone with a death wish. but wish you well. Now I feel like I need to edit the comment with some additional information from a previous post by you. You say you have been offered a Transplant but decided against is that still the case now ? Now that you know your EF has improved so much with Entresto do you not feel it may be worth it

Did you ever get offered Psychiatric Assistance from the Transplant Coordinator ?? That is not an insult but a serious question.

I had few tests and spoke to a dr in Manchester I told him that it’s not for me was heart lung transplant there’s more deserving people who have a life to lead I have no wish to extend mine am afraid
