Hi, my mum is 76, has high blood pressure, mitral valve stenosis and over the last 4 weeks is having 'vasovagal syncope', she has been found collapsed and rushed to hospital twice, once where she hit her head on a living room unit and emptied her bowels. The doctor says this is a migraine, but she goes blue, has no memory for several minutes and her B/P is always high, around 140/200. Please can anyone guide me because she is so unwell, and not the mum I know anymore. I need to ask the GP for proper help.

Must be really worrying. Could you get a GP app for her, and go too? You can make sure everything is covered well, and she gets her referral?
This definitely needs following up and I would get a GP appointment for her as soon as possible. It must be very scary for your mum and dangerous as well if she keeps banging her head.
Def warrants more of a workup. I would have her evaluated as soon as you can.
Was she evaluated for seizures?
Definitely demand a cardiac assessment. They could possibly be TIA attacks or a problem with medication. My mother in law had 6 months of unexpected blackouts. The GP was useless. It was only when she blacked out and fell down the stairs that she was taken into hospital and they took her off ALL her medication only to find that she'd been treated for high BP for years which she did not have at all. Her meds had dropped her BP so low that she blacked out. I know it's unlikely given her history but some GPs stick people on tablets forever and never check whether they are still needed/ interacting with other medication or whether it's a new problem. Your mother is in danger so she needs a full workup.
