Newbie to the world of the poorly heart

Hi,

Joined the community today after what has probably been the most worrying 2 months of my 59 years. Recently out of Royal Papworth hospital after having a Mitral valve replacement and, thankfully, on the mend. Until the beginning of November I wasn't aware that I had suffered a heart attack at some point in 2019, doesn't life give you some surprises sometimes !

Always be grateful to the staff at my local hospital and those at Royal Papworth, fantastic, caring people that without doubt saved my life, thank you all :)
