Previously someone commented on your writing style! Deciphering the middle was like doing the "Only Connect" quiz show. Sorry I have no knowledge of this but suspect you have better chance of an answer if you rewrite your post!
Sorry u don’t understand my post but others may
Well I have to agree with Michael! People recently complained about medical abbreviations and you have abbreviated normal words till they are unclear compounded with a total lack of punctuation. Yet your reply to Fortepiano is fairly clear.
Well thank you but I cannot really see my post wasn’t understandable as I said before others will understand and reply so thank you and I think fortepiano understood me quite well so thx
Are you posting from a mobile or tablet? I've noticed without a qwerty keyboard (oh I miss my BlackBerry sometimes!) posting a comment or sending an email can be exhausting to the point I drop all the vowels in a word just to get something sent - not to mention what having to press those little buttons several times to get a word in at all does to my poor arthritic thumbs!
When you had your heart attack the blood supply to part of your heart wall was interrupted - that part doesn't work well any more. That is the cause of your heart failure, and the part that is not working normally can be seen on echo.
The echo will distinguish between this and situations when the whole heart doesn't work well e.g. in cardiomyopathy.
It is really good that you are asymptomatic class 1.
I get the sense that you are returning again and again to your medical notes in search of answers to the question as to what will happen in the future.
I did this too when my husband was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy long ago, but it is better to concentrate on living and enjoying the life you have. My mantra became 'don't let fear of the future destroy the present' .
Of course the future is uncertain, but it is for everybody.
What I would say is HF symptoms are not one way downhill - they can get worse but with medical intervention they can improve again.
Have you downloaded the BHF booklets on living with HF? They are very useful.
All the best
