HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We're all saying it - 'Can't believe how fast 2019 went by!'

Make Merry tonight in your preferred fashion (my husband is tee-total so our Merry-making leaves out a tipple or tot). Be safe, warm, and in good company where ever you pass the night.

Tomorrow starts a new year, a new decade, and hopefully for us all, a new us as we continue our heart health journey.

Hi Sunnie

A HNY to you

I like your comment about how quick 2019 went I think so to !!

I have started to arrange my tablets every two weeks because doing them every week was scary how quickly it went by !!!

Warmest Wishes for 2020

An American blogger I follow (Victoria Elizabeth Barnes) said a few NYEs ago 'But I'm not done with 2015 yet!' - and I knew just what she meant that year.

But 2019 - oh yes, I am SO done with it - onwards (and upwards let's hope) 2020.

Btw, I do my meds by fortnights as well and for the same reason. Makes it easier to keep track, too.

Happy New Year!

I can't even after 7 years quite bring myself to arranging my pills with the same diligence as Prada 47.....

Ok, I shouldn't ask so if you prefer not to answer I fully understand - but how many do you take a day? I only take three once a day (mornings) with two spares 'in case'.

Hmm. Now I'm wondering how many Prada has to take daily.

15 tablets in a day

2 nitrate patches

Oxygen at night

I think I might be in denial 😂

I had a feeling you're on a double-digit regime. I'd have to set timers and have post-it-notes everywhere to stay on track.

My phone has many alarms.

My family regularly shout ' pill time' at me as they sound!
