Any ideas

Hi I'm just wondering if anyone else feels shaky on inside that's in time with heart beat that's the only way I can describe it... I will give example I'm washing pots and I'm all shaky inside heart pounding in both ears n shaky inside in tune with heart beat... Is this caused by heart itself or anxiety

I have that today following an altercation with a neighbour yesterday , think it is caused by stress for me. But it's horrible.

I have its slightly high 135/76

Ok just asked google mines high today too, dehydration can also cause it

Try drink more water but maybe meds need adjusting too
