Wenckebach symptoms?

Hi all, managed to get loop recorder fitted after getting a cancellation luckily. I've recorded a couple of times when feeling missed beats and the cardiologist said he can see 'sinus rhythm with 1st degree av block and a couple of episodes of wenckebach 2nd degree av block resulting in brief pauses of around 2seconds'

The doc doesn't seem too concerned about these but I've been struggling recently with fatigue, nausea, light-headedness etc and am putting this down to the findings.

Have others experienced similar and would having an upset stomach (etc) make the symptoms worse?
