People replied 4 weeks after heart attack I went back to work was a short time how long did other people have off work

I was told 4 weeks by my consultant. And I was ready to go back by then. I did find it tiring at first. I did a gradual return to normal hours. Have only recently done a full week with full hours.

I was 6 weeks (but ready after 4 - but it coincided with Christmas). Then on 3 short days building up to full time after a month. My heart attack didn’t cause much muscle damage and my work isn’t too physically demanding. But is stressful.
