Big scary day today 12 weeks after my heart attack I'm going back to work tonight only 2 nights a week for now rather than the 4 I used to do. Did anyone else feel sick and scared going back I think the fact I had my HA at work isn't helping😱😱

If they are full shifts I suspect 4 X short ones would be a better phased return. Is this a possibility?

Not really would be bit complicated but if I can't manage I might have to

Hi I have just gone back to work after my heart attack. All I can say is that I was really tired. I was shocked how tired I got. However after a week I was feeling a lot better now I am back full time.

I can't see me going back full time as I do a lot of lifting is yours a physical job. I made it through the shift but it was tough going and like you I was surprised how tiring it was

Good luck. 🍀 I returned with some anxiety but has been fine. Listen to your body and enjoy getting back to normality. Mike
