Left Anterior Fascicular Block

My partner, age 82, had an ECG following chest pain & has been told he has the above which I gather is an electrical problem. He has been told no further action is needed but some sites I have looked at recommend a full cardiac evaluation. His sister has recently been diagnosed with AF which may or may not be relevant. I can't find any info on the BHF site . Anyone know anything about this?
