I see today in the Times “The Surprise Health secrets hidden in cheese... It’s links to cardiovascular disease are tenuous”.
Finally proof I can eat cheese. But no.
In the body of the piece I read the following:
“Australia’s national health service has relaxed its view on cheese suggesting that it’s fine to eat full fat dairy (unless you have heart disease)”
Given so many people who have heart disease don’t know about it, maybe we should all give cheese a wider berth than we might like!
