pain in chest..

i have pain in chest just and some time in back and left arm just after doing masturbation. i went for ecg and its showing palpitation.Dr said me you have anxiety . i am taking propanolol and some time Escitalopram and buspirone. But i am not recovering. So suggest me what should i have to do? i am attaching my ecg report.

There is no one in this forum who is medically trained to read your ecg report. You need to either discuss it with your cardiologist or, as suggested on your other post, ring the BHF nurses on this site

I have a different question why are you taking your psych meds only sometimes? They need to be taken in order to work

bcz my pain is started after doing masturbation .. but i did not tell this thing to cardialogist .. I know i have anxiety enough .. but i have started these medicine regularly

After the md interpreted the EKG what was his plan?

I assume a md looked at it? So he must have explained to you what is going on?
