Anybody ever heard of positional palpitations?

I have posted on here a few times about my troublesome nightime palpitations. I am increasingly getting more and more just at nightime when I am lying down.If I sit up,they stop. I get nothing during the day at all, even when I go to the gym....nothing. I have had every test under the sun, all say my heart is fine. I take a statin , beta blocker and aspirin to prevent any events but they make no difference at all.

This is driving me nuts...any ideas please !

I can only suggest that you sleep propped up with extra pillows. Try to avoid eating late at night and never heavy meals which can precipitate palpitations.
