I noticed that the previous program was "Eating Ourselves To Death" so recorded that on +1. The problem is will it be useful to those at risk or voyeurism? I know a number of people with serious weight problems but struggle to understand why they cannot cut back their intake!

I watched the one on overeating and was staggered how people could continue to eat to such excess when it was clearly visible the damage they were doing to themselves. One young mother was in danger of not seeing her kids move on to senior school. But in comparison a young man lost 11 stone so he could have an ablation to treat a dangerously high heart rate. It was heartening (pun not intended) that he was reclaiming his life and future.
