Can I use the Spa facilities now?

Hello Everyone,

My question today is, Since having a heart attack and stents fitted last year, is it okay now to go to a spa and use all the facilities or am I still restricted?

Is it okay to swim?

I think your doctor is the only one who can give a qualified answer to that.

I will ask him of course , but the answer at my surgery seems limited.

I asked my cardiac nurses, if it was okay to do CPR after my stents, they said yes, I asked them to put it in writing for my work, they said they couldn’t .

I then spoke to the Nurses in the heart foundation , who gave me an extensive explanation as to why I couldn’t do it in the first year of my heart attack. When I ran it by my doctor he was oblivious to it all.

So I was wondering if there had been anyone who had done any different on here.
