Hi everyone has anyone else found they ve struggled in this heat with their breathing I feel quite breathless today as it’s been so hot had to use my spray which I ve not had too in ages and am quite tired !! I admit I have had a cold n terrible cough the past few days as well which might ve contributed to the tiredness also but I m finding myself checking my heart beat s per min and resting bpm which at present is 63 and my resting bpm now is 51 is this ok ?? I possibly worry too much to be honest but given the fact my ha was April and two stents in I suppose it’s natural to worry a bit is nt it 😌

The post just before yours covers this subject and is probably worth reading.

Your body is working hard in this weather so take it gently and do not feel guilty for doing minimal exercise. It's still 28C here and too hot to do much. Your breathlessness could be aggrevated by your cold. If you are getting breathlessness on exercise just rest. If it is at rest ring 111 for advice but if it gets bad or you develop chest pains 999!
