Insurance Electric bikes

Hi everyone so much information on this site .Several weeks now since ICD fitted and it's gone very well .A few occasions when you have a down that's understandable .A couple of questions on Thursday flying to Exeter from Manchester do I need insurance? .Looking to purchase an electric bike a folding one any one have a brand they coul recommended. Thank you

Assuming you are a UK citizen then you will not need insurance for an internal flight - you will be covered by the NHS. As for the bike, you'll need deep pockets - I've been looking at them as well and the better ones are upwards of £1500 (sometimes a long way up from that) and folding ones are more expensive (as is the case with std pedal cycles). The best std fold-up is reckoned to be the Brompton but my advice is search around and try before you buy!
