What does sinus arrhythmia mean?

Is it the same thing as A Fib or is that something different?

As said it is an irregular heart beat that often does not need treatment. Sometimes it is as simple as your heart speeding up taking in breath and slowing as you exhale. Many people have the condition and are totally unaware of it. The name comes from the sinus node of the heart which controls aspects of the timing of your heart beat.

AFib is a much more serious condition that can lead to the formation of (a) clot(s) which could lead to heart attack or stroke.
