After I found out I had heart failure my daughter came to see me but didn't seem to care then I was in again with phemonea I didn't tell my daughter because thought she wouldn't botherwhen I came home she txt me to why av you not txt me I told her I had been in hospital again she didn't believe me and sent me a really bad txt saying I'm horrible saying I was in hospital again when I wasn't she said I won't see her or my grandsons ever again and I've not it breaks my heart bot seeing my grandsons it's my youngest grandsons birthday Sunday god knows how I'm gonna cope I have good neighbours and with out them I don't know what I would do

It may be hard, tell your daughter the truth in the timeline it exists, she can then make her mind up herself. You can only do so much, it has to be your daughter that has to come round to the realty. She needs to know the truth as it happens. Good luck with everything xx

Why didn't your Daughter believe you? She must care or she wouldn't have bothered to come and see you and annoyed that you didn't text her. She's most probably said this in the heat of the moment, as people do, and will come round I'm sure. Why not phone her and ask to talk to your Grandson in the meantime on his Birthday. Can appreciate how you must be feeling and must be very hard. Also, try and spend a bit of time with your Neighbours if you can and take your mind off it a little bit. I hope everything turns out ok for you x

Devastating for you.My son didn`t take any notice of my HF and COPD even when I was on steroids so I ordered free literature from Heart Matters and gave it to him to read.Sometimes it can be partly due to ignorance as we all look quite well most of the time.Hope your daughter comes round as did my son.Very best wishes xx
