Sudden Cardiac Arrest UK meet-up September 28th 2019

We're going to be holding a UK meet-up for all those affected by a sudden cardiac arrest.

The event is on Saturday 28th September and will be held at Barnsdale hall Hotel, Oakham, Rutland which is a beautiful and very central location.

The day will be very similar to last years very successful event, and will include presentations on subjects that matter to those affected by a cardiac arrest:

Psychological aspect of survivorship

Coping with memory issues

Coping with fatigue

Q&A with a cardiologist

Q&A with an electrophysiologist

Mindfulness

Practical mental health tips

There will be lots of time to mingle and chat with others who've been through a similar experience and then in the evening we can let our hair down and party the night away with a BBQ, DJ, Live band and magician/balloon artist.
