CARDIAC ARREST: I remember reading a new article years ago, about a man who dropped dead from a Cardiac Arrest in a Toronto hardware store shortly after having an ECG which diagnosed him as being fine. I guess you can never tell when or where such a thing could happen. All we can do is live to the best of our ability and hope we experience a long and healthy life.

It all depends on what "living to the best of your ability" actually means?
