After reading some post this morning, about what to expect from cardio rehab, (if you get to go)

and some older posts...that were all very helpful.

I saw this.

Definitely how i am feeling.

I just wanted to say, finding this site had been a blessing.

Just need a Tardis rather than a Jaguar! But then if I nipped back I would tweak NHS spending and tax fast food! But then I hardly ever ate it!

I follow the mantra:- "Never regret anything that has happened in your life, it can't be changed, or undone or forgotten, so just take it as a lesson learned and move on" I've learnt a few lessons in the last 5 months
