One of the talks we had at cardiac rehabilitation was sex after what they call a heart event. They said it doesn’t take that much effort on the heart. You can imagine the hilarity that created in the group. The main problem they said was the medication. Speak to your cardiac nurse. She’s heard it all before.

Hi, I was told I could resume my sex life after my HA and stent. We had a good laugh as I’m 4 years widowed and 72 and no new partner on the horizon. We wondered if a man was supplied on the NHS and would we get a catalogue to choose from? There is always hope!
