Sinus Tachycardia

Hi all. I’ve been battling ill health since January and now getting back to my normal self. I had viral pericarditis which led to tachycardia. I am now off my beta blockers and doctors have stated my recent 24hr tape showed some sinus tachycardia but within ‘normal range’ ie in response to activity. My heart rate has settled but at times it still goes to 90-100 and over on minimal exertion- such as housework or walking. I know the doctor has said this is normal for me, I’m jst wondering if there is anything I can do or vitamin/minerals I can take to help with this. I am getting back into exercise but taking it slowly and only really doing low intensity at the minute. Thanks
