Help with numbers please!

Had a letter from my lovely consultant which included a string of numbers. I know about a couple of them but i don't know if the others are awful or merely bad. I know people here are good at this sort of thing.

Egfr 40, that's dodgy, Hb 126, calcium 2.48, creatinine 154, lymphocytes 0.7, neutrophils 7.6, bnp 453, that's really high
