Hi been diagnosed with a bicupsid heart valve which is leaking , I do vigorous exercise few times a week , diagnoses shook me at first , I still exercise i have slowed up a bit as worried that something will happen to heart , I like to be fairly competitive which I feel I can no longer be !!
