All Fired Up

I have been watching the BBC Race Across the World from London to Singapore without using Air Transport. This has fired me up to consult Maps of Europe and to see where we can travel without Planes. So looking at Ferry to France ( we live near to Poole ) then drive through France to Holland heading for Denmark. Ferry across to Norway then drive Norway before looking to return back to the UK 4/5 weeks total.

So why put this on a Health Web Site!! I had a CABG in 2015 to LAD and Circumflex, RCA is totally blocked so no point working on it. 2018 Had stents to LAD to open it up further. 2015 Diagnosis of Heart Failure e f not to bad at 35 - 40 % today I have another Holter monitor to see if the ectopic beats can be cured, as they cause a kind of AF 30 to 90 heart rate and Blood Pressure is up and down variation.90/60 140 /70 ish..

So its amazing after watching the programme, all fired up with the travel bug, just need to convince my OH all will be well. So planning Car Service and looking at ferries etc busy days ahead.
