Pressure feeling

Hi have a bicuspid valve with slight enlargement and was given a good result and told not to worry last November. Not being scanned now until June 2020.

Last night around 3am I got up and when I lay back down I couldn’t lay on my back as I had pressure around my heart area especially when I took a deeper breath and the pressure went through to my back. I tried to lie on my side but it was still there. I had to prop myself up to go back to sleep but I was ok when I woke up?

I’ve had all clear for angina so just wondering if this could be my valve?

Cheers

Ali

Your MRI showed a regurgitant fraction of 1%. 'Normal to trivial' regurgitant fraction is <20%. Although your valve is bicuspid it is working perfectly and will cause no symptoms.
