I am not medically trained so just passing on an opinion. Angina is usually accompanied by pain (and usually quite severe pain). If you had no pain then it doesn’t sound like angina. That said, and somewhat confusingly, if GTN resolved your problem, that would be suggestive of angina. Your breathlessness might be the result of any medication you are currently taking and it might also be anxiety related (anxiety is very common in those who have had a Cardiac event of some kind). Irrespective of cause and effect here, if it happens again you should probably go and see your GP
I was told if I had chest pain to call the ambulance. I had a heart attack 8 years ago at 37. I had 2 or 3 quite bad pains and the last one had really scared me so went to the gp in the morning and said I had chest pain the night before so they called the ambulance and took me to hospital and all was ok. The paramedics said don't be afraid to call them as they can do an ECG there and then. Good luck. Mistin
