Cardiac Stress MRI

To Harefield Hospital today for stress MRI to hopefully "nail" the diagnosis of micro-vascular angina. I offer reassurance to anyone feeling a bit apprehensive about having a stress MRI. It was "bearable," albeit very noisy, and was over more quickly than I had anticipated.

Hello Sandy - saw my Consutant today who said "I can tell you what is not the matter with you but cannot give a diagnosis" He is dismissing MVA and having taken me off all medication 7 weeks ago he has now prescribed 16mg candestartan daily for my fluctuating BP. He is organising a CT Scan which I think is the "last chance saloon" before he totally rules out heart disease and I have to look at other options.
