Could this be Angina related?

Currently suffering from what I can only describe as severe at times...pain radiating at the back of neck both below the earlobe and travelling down into shoulders

Very hard to tilt head or move side to side

And often is in tandem with chest pain I'm still experiencing often these days.

I really don't feel it's muscular as it comes and goes and as I said it's often with some moderate left side chest pain..It's right across the back of my shoulders too..

I've never pulled any muscle in my neck that has taken this long to repair so hence the question about angina

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Or could it be the 40mg statins I take..

I'm a very physical guy so this really is getting me down..

Off ton see consultant next week as I still believe I'm suffering from angina especially as I'm getting imediate chest pain when I go to work on a very cold morning

Docs seem to think because my cardiac mri profusion scan came back normal it's all done and dusted...but I'm still having those nagging pains in left of chest and sturnum and at times mild pain in arm

Ambulance to Emergency immediately. Don't wait for a doctor appointment. Heart attacks aren't just chest pain. Mine was pain in the neck and arm.

I'm getting them daily...so by rights I should be dead if it was a heart attack? ? Surely

I had an Angina investigation the other day... and I think your problems could be angina related.

There is, I think, a possibility that (some of your) symptoms could be caused by spinal misalignment, so a visit to an osteopath might be worthwhile.

How could you analyse an attack and prove that you have angina?

Can angina be diagnosed from a two-lead ECG?

There are consumer ECG readers (e.g. Kardia, and hopefully, sometime, the Apple Watch 4)... but I do not know if they could produce data to confirm angina.

I think that when medics do a 12-lead ECG after a heart attack, it can confirm that you had a heart attack, but a 12-lead ECG might tell an expert very much more than a consumer-ECG could.
