Sleepwalking update

I posted on here recently about sleep walking episodes I was having. Having done some research (medication leaflets and Dr Google) it can be a side effect of statins and beta blockers.

Update: My doctor has taken me off the statin because of all the side effects I am having and because my cholesterol is down to a good level (2.7).

I didn't sleep walk while we were away but I did the night we got back.

As my heart rate is down in the 50s she is going to look at taking me off the bisoprolol next month, if all is OK. We have a few doctors at the surgery but she wants to take my case on board so that I get consistency of diagnosis and treatment.

Having read a few posts on here from people who have stopped drinking, I have decided to dry out for a month. I will report back.
