Hi my bp was very high thing morning about 170 dropped abit am taking raprill 5mg what do i need to do to have drop to about 120

BP is often elevated after rising. What time did you take the reading and did you repeat after say, an hour or so?

I take bp at 9.30 and 10.30.also at 2.00pm and at night about 21.30hrs before bed time

So, is it only elevated early morning and 'within range' for the remainder of the day?
