Shakes & dizziness with numb foot.. assurance required.

Hi guys I’ve not posted for ages but any help appreciated. I am currently on holiday in Spain and today I have had shaky arms and dizziness then this afternoon went into AF and still ropey now with mild headache. I have no medication and have not been put on any due to ME so just any advice welcome. Thanks in advance.

I assume you have your EHIC card and valid insurance (if required). You need to go along to their equivalent of A&E as no-one here can do a remote diagnosis.

I would seek some medical advice.

Just to be safe.

AF Puts u at increased risk of stroke/TIA

The fact u have a mild headache is a possible warning sign.

Shakes and dizziness are also a warning plus BP will be down.

I get dizziness and foot numbing due to my heart valve issues.

Hiya thanks for your reply. Do you get pain in the left side of your chest? Also numb arms if I am laying down reading a book? What are they doing for you about this and do you suffer fatigue? Sorry about all the questions x

I get sharp staping pains and other dull pains in my in my left side of my chest and do get mega tired. I get arm numbing. I’m awaiting a valve replacement and have had a few valve repairs.

Keep telling ur doctor. I’ve never had that issue thankfully
