Hi Passes

I had stents 22 March and have follow up appointment 28 August so don't feel to upset it does take time for follow up appointments. That's not to excuse your GP they become first line contact when you leave Hospital Care. A little surprised that the Rehab Nurse didn't follow up on your tight chest, did she stop any further classes until you have seen a Cardiologist ?? I do think you should maybe contact Rehab again to see if they can speed up an appointment.

regards

I'm with frank. I'd call rehab team. They told me that was they're job when I apologised for annoying them. Cardiology departments all over the country seem to be bursting at the seems and as iv found out you have to fight your own corner but my rehab team have been great. So be proactive give them a call and discuss all your concerns. Good luck. Shiona

I would go to A&E then they have to see you

A problem when I'm not allowed to drive. Our closest A&E is 45 minutes away or £20 each way by taxi IF I can persuade a taxi to take my mobility scooter.
