Tachycardia... and all that comes with it

Hi, since my HA 3yrs ago which I only required one stent, I get breathless, lightheaded and fatigued with minimal exertion... some days can't bare even carrying my handbag as it triggers symptoms. Roll on to 2018, was taken off beta blockers and after 24hour ECG and BP monitoring found to been in sinus tachycardia... although worse when I'm sleeping! Was started on Ivabradine which made symptoms much worse so having to come off that. Has anyone else experienced ongoing breathlessness, ligtheaded/dizzy, fatigue, headaches, eye pain/blurring? I go hypertensive when symptomatic so not classic POTS. Any advice would be appreciated x
