Constantly Tired

I had my HA a year ago and two stents fitted, but over the last few weeks I have noticed I get tired quicker and at weekends sleep in, and when I do get up feel very lothargic and take a whole to get going. During the week I am up and out the house early. I am trying to get 8 hours but normally get between 6 and 7 during the week. I do tend to get to sleep quite easily at night.

What can I do to help my situation?

That can happen for a little while. It varies I believe but I’m not a doctor just going off my own experience of stents and other heart ops.
