I have had 3 heart attacks and I find I deteriorate each time mentally and physically, anyone experienced the same and has anyone had a fourth and lived to tell the tale?

I have only had one that I know of. But I think sometimes it is possible we have had a heart attack and not known about it.

I hope so! I’ve had three too. I’m sure you’re right and I have deteriorated, too. But they described mine as ‘smaller’......not sure what than!
Now I’m getting on with exercising lots and trying to get the heart muscle that’s left, more effective. The Consultant told me it’s noticeable.
Other than that.... perhaps we just have to adjust to our ‘new’ selves and enjoy what we have.
Is it early days for you? Are you still v shocked?
