Veins pulsating

For years I’ve had heart pains that come and on very briefly, it feels like it’s being squeezed a little and only lasts a minute. I told my doctor but due to the fact I have fibromyalgia we both assumed it was just a spasm. Anyways sometimes my vein in my neck on the left said starts pulsating and you can visibly see it moving. I had this happen again today while lying down. I’m not a smoker, haven’t had a drink in a month, didn’t have caffeine, not under stress. Just been laying on my couch. I have a doctor appointment soon but wanted to hear any thoughts on this? Thanks!

Hi Christyggh, I have experienced exactly the same as you and the pain can get quite sharp too at times, and in my chest my doctor is treating me for Angina, I would be interested in seeing other peoples views on this are too. Hope you're feeling better soon Regards Stuart x
