Ventricular Ectopics

Does anyone have any advice about how to control ventricular ectopics? I've had them for years, been thoroughly checked by a cardiologist and I know they are benign BUT they are a blinking nuisance! They are getting worse with age, I've switched to decaf tea and coffee, don't drink alcohol often and am retired so not really stressed.

Hello Granny , as long as you've been checked by a cardiologist and have no cardiac issues, then they really are nothing to worry about.

I get them a lot, mostly when I'm watching tv. I have been known to put my hand on my heart and actually say 'stop it' out loud. Doesn't work! I think the more you worry about them, the more you notice them

Thanks for this Marypw, yes I've tried deep breathing etc etc, as you say it doesn't work, just thought someone just may have found something.
