I am NOT a doctor but Wow! 109/70 is brilliant, pulse of 49 to 59 is athlete standard. You are doing great! You didn't say if you are on any meds. If you are you could ask your GP about reducing them.
I had a reading of 100/60 one morning while I was in hospital with pulmonary embolism a few years ago. The nurse in question was quite concerned as I am on meds for high BP. She fetched the ward sister and she told me to have breakfast and a couple of drinks and then she would retake it. It did rise once I'd had food and drink and I was told that dehydration in particular can be a cause especially first thing in the morning.
