How far should i be walking daily am walking 8 miles 5 days a week

There are no rules! The important thing is to get ‘enough’ exercise and I would think walking 8 miles 5 days a week is plenty. The typical advice is 30 minutes of brisk walking 3 or 4 times a week (brisk usually means breathing hard but still being able to hold a conversation but not being able to sing!).
