Hi folks. I have been having irregular and infrequent episodes of SVT for ten years or so. Not a problem as there were weeks between them. However since my heart attack two months ago I have been taking chlopidogrel and low aspirin plus a statin atorvastatin. These in addition to my normal three bp meds which I have been on for years. In the last few weeks the SVT has got almost daily which is a real nuisance...not long lasting, the modified vagal manoeuvre is effective eventually. Any one had this sort of increase of any sort of tachycardia with a statin or blood thinner?
