Thank you for all your words of support..I felt fine when I woke up this morning...a little pain now..so I’m resting again..I did walk around the block for 15mins yesterday, more maybe than I should..But I did wonder if and when you get a pain do you use your spray...or is that only for when you have the crushing pain like before..?

If it is an angina pain and your spray is for angina, use it. Otherwise, where is the pain and what spray is it?

If in doubt use the GTN Spray, if it goes away then you know what if was and have acted appropriately. If it does not go away then you have another pain but have lost nothing by using GTN.
