Welcome to the forum. Did you have stents or surgery after your heart attack and what medications are you on? With no real information it is hard to comment. Your first port of call should be your GP.

Zentiva and Bisoprolol are the most likely causes although I believe Ramipril and Bisoprolol combined can also cause headaches. As suggested speak to your pharmacist and GP. BTW it is actually not that many for a heart patient.

Hi

I see you`ve listed Zentiva as one of your drugs this is not a drug in its own right its the manufacturers name the actual drug your on is probably Nicorandil as list shows Atorvastatin separately if so this is almost certainly the one causing your headaches, they will stop as your body gets used to the drug usually about 2 weeks. Try to stick with it as it is the best first line anti-anginal there is.

Fast recovery

Zentiva actually manufacture generic drugs and could be the manufacturer of a number of the drugs mentioned or something completely different! VikingLady please could you clarify, thank you...

Definitely go back to your GP, sounds like it could be your meds that are causing the problem so your GP can try different drugs to see if that helps. I used to be on Ramipril and developed an irritating dry cough, once my GP changed me to Losartan I was fine.

You could also speak to your pharmacist first, they often know more about side effects and drug interactions than doctors, in my experience.

Hope you get it sorted soon.
