Hi littleme, just ensure the anathetist and the surgeon are aware of your condition, I'm sure it won't be the first time they have come across this.

My heart condition stops a certain general anaesthetic drug from being safe so I’m given a different general anaesthetic drug
It might. It is imperative that you tell your anaesthetist of your diagnosis as this may change the anaesthetic used and help them be aware that your heart might start racing at some point
