Hello Everyone!

It's with much excitement that I can share with you all today a new feature we have been working on developing with support from HealthUnlocked, Discover! With Discover, the British Heart Foundation is able to map our rich online content for patients who will be able to find resources and support services based on their conditions or needs. To use the tool, just press on the new "Discover" tab on the community homepage, and select the condition that is relevant to you, to see a list of cards of videos, webpages, email programmes, etc. We have launched with 4 conditions, Heart Attack, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, and Atrial Fibrillation, however we aim to add more needs and conditions in the next few weeks and months. Let me know if you want to see something added on there, or if there's a condition or need that you feel would be helpful to be added, we will try our best to accommodate to your needs.

So give Discover a try, you might find something useful! Thank you for all of your support to help the BHF's life saving work.

Sincerely,

Syrus

Hallo. That sounds great! Can you add Angina and also Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. (I have both of those).
