left bundle branch block

hi just been part diagnosed with left bundle branch block whic causes me to pass out this only happens when im at rest either sitting down or it wakes me with heavy chest and quivering heart waiting on heart echoe to be don this started in january and since 1st attack i have a heavy chest all the time like pressure .. it isnt a heart attack as the bloods say it aint and docs.... but ecg show some kind of cardio episodes when it happens and i go to hospital .... woundering if anyone has lbbb thanks
